We ship within 3–5 business days from Philadelphia. Domestic orders within the US typically arrive in 5–10 business days. All orders are carefully packaged with recycled materials — no styrofoam.

We do! International orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail International. Expect 2–3 weeks for delivery depending on your country. Please note that customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

We use recycled cardboard boxes and paper padding — no styrofoam. Each piece is wrapped with care so it arrives safely. Gifts can be shipped directly with a handwritten note included — just mention this in your order notes.

Yes — just leave a note in your order with the recipient's name or a message, and we'll include a handwritten card. No extra charge.

Every piece is made with care and child safety in mind. We use FSC-certified beech wood, embroidery thread, archival acid-free paper, and food-grade silicone beads. Nothing is treated with chemical finishes or coatings.

BOKETTO mobiles are designed as nursery décor, not sleep aids. Always hang out of reach of your little one — follow the CPSC safety guidelines for mobile placement. The hanging cord is not a toy and should never be left within a baby's reach.

Yes. Our prints use archival, acid-free paper and child-safe inks. They are designed for nursery walls — nothing sharp, nothing that can be pulled off and swallowed. For very young children, wall-mount prints securely using appropriate hardware.

Every BOKETTO piece is handcrafted by Joanna in her Philadelphia studio. Nothing is outsourced.

Keep it out of direct sunlight to prevent fading. Wipe wood parts with a slightly damp cloth — no cleaners needed. Avoid hanging it above a crib where your little one can reach it. The mobiles are decorative, not a toy.

A soft, barely-damp cloth is all you need. Never submerge wooden parts in water or use chemical cleaners — this can damage the natural wood grain and any finishing oils.

The paper shapes are archival and fairly delicate. Keep them away from moisture and handle gently. A dry microfibre cloth can remove dust. Do not use water or cleaning solutions on the paper elements.

Disassemble gently and store flat or loosely wrapped in tissue paper in a box. Keep somewhere dry and out of direct sunlight. Do not compress or stack heavy items on top.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or defective. Since each piece is handmade, some variation is natural and does not constitute a defect. Custom orders are final sale. If something arrives damaged, email us at mooyedesign@gmail.com with a photo.

We're so sorry if that happens. Send a photo to mooyedesign@gmail.com and we'll make it right — either a replacement or a refund. We package carefully, but transit can be rough.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually accommodate changes — email us as soon as possible at mooyedesign@gmail.com with your order details. Once shipped, we can't modify or cancel, but we'll help with any issues on arrival.

Yes! Custom orders are welcome. We can adjust colours, size, and composition. Reach out to mooyedesign@gmail.com with your idea and we'll let you know what's possible. Custom orders typically take 2–3 weeks to create and require a 50% deposit.

Yes — this is one of the most common custom requests. Send us a photo of the room or a colour swatch and we'll work with our materials to get as close as possible. There may be a small additional charge depending on the complexity.

Absolutely. Many of our custom clients order a mobile and a co-ordinating print together. We love creating cohesive nursery themes — mention this in your initial email and we'll quote it as one project.

Custom orders typically take 2–3 weeks from deposit confirmation to shipment. We always give an estimated timeline in writing before you commit. We keep you updated as the piece comes together.
